Upon placing your order, we require 1–3 business days to verify, inspect, and prepare your items for dispatch. During peak demand periods, order processing may experience slight delays. If your order is affected, we will notify you via email or phone.
Shipping time refers to the duration it takes for your items to travel from our fulfillment center to your specified address.

Free Shipping: Orders over $60.00 qualify for free shipping.
Standard Shipping Fee: Orders between $0.00 and $59.99 will be charged $10.00.
Expedited shipping is a service provided to customers who pay an additional fee for faster delivery. We commit to delivering your order more quickly than the standard shipping time. This service is activated only after we confirm the order and the customer selects and pays for the expedited shipping option.
Expedited shipping applies under the following conditions:
The customer explicitly selects the expedited shipping option during checkout and pays the associated fee.
The product is in stock, and the order information is complete and accurate.
The shipping address is within the service area for expedited delivery.
Expedited shipping is available based on the weight of the package. The eligibility and associated fees are as follows:
Initial Weight (First Weight): Up to 1 kg — $10
Continuation Weight: Each additional kg or fraction thereof — $5 per additional kg
Urban Areas: Expedited shipping is guaranteed to deliver within 24 hours of order confirmation.
Suburban or Remote Areas: Expedited shipping is guaranteed to deliver within 48 hours of order confirmation.
The expedited shipping fee is calculated based on the total weight of the package. The fee is non-refundable unless we fail to provide the expedited service. If the order is canceled by the customer after the expedited shipping fee has been paid, the fee will not be refunded.
International shipments may incur customs fees depending on the destination country’s regulations. Any customs fees are the customer's responsibility. If customs duties or taxes are not paid and the package is returned to us, we may charge you for the cost of reprocessing and reshipping the order.
Currently, we do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses. Please provide a valid residential or business address during checkout.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier’s website.
